Hi all....a question for discussion which our club is having an issue or two with right now. Do any of yere clubs have a written set of rules or guidelines for coaches/managers to follow in terms of training and on match days. Something in regard training structure and match day in terms of minutes for players and conduct on the line. All or any feedback here would be much appreciated folks please.

If two coaches run the same session and get completely different results, is the issue really effort, or is it the lack of shared structure? Without a common language, progression, and assessment, does coaching inevitably become opinion-based rather than education-based?
