Can anyone provide guidance on how much to charge for a 2d & 3d floorplan?

That the screen captures I’ve attached to this message do NOT represent a successful scan? If so, would anyone who has had success with the floor plan scanning app post a capture of what a good scan should look like?

I’m thinking about the order of operations for a walkthrough of a property. Most shoots involve the client or agent walking me through the property before I shoot the 360 tour. I take notes, decide camera placement, lighting decisions (for interior shots). I have yet to use the floor plan feature, but sounds like prior to the shoot would be a good time to capture the floor plan. I believe that would allow me to capture the scan, add notes there, etc. My concern is how to handle people. I don’t want bodies to interfere with the floor plan aspects.

I like the idea of the floorplan scanner app as it would be a huge selling point if I could offer clients 2d maps and 3d dollhouses. I puchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max so that I could do it. I was very disappointed however to find out that it is not offered in my region. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as changing the region. I got a virtual US number and attempted to change the region, but it keeps reverting back to Australia. Open to all ideas. Would you recommend I create in a different program and then import into Cloudpano? I'm also open to waiting if the app will be available in Australia soon.
