30-Day Credit Rehab Challenge – Week 1 Instructions
This week is all about identifying everything on your credit report. No skipping steps. Take your time and write everything down. Here’s what I need you to do: 1. Review every negative item on your credit report. 2. Write down all inquiries: Name of the creditor Date the inquiry was made Which bureau it’s on (Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax) 3. 4. Check your personal information on all three bureaus: Name Date of birth Social Security number Addresses EmployersIf anything does not match, write down exactly what is different and on which bureau. 5. 6. List all old addresses showing on your report. We only want your current address reporting. 7. 8. List all old employers that are still showing. This week is strictly about identifying everything before we start making moves. Do the work, get it written down, and come prepared. I can’t wait to talk to you all on Friday. Let’s get it.
30-Day Credit Rehab — Quick Education Drop
Let’s talk about collections 👇🏽 A collection is a debt that went unpaid long enough that the original company sent it to a third-party collection agency. That can be: • Old light bill • Phone bill • Medical bill • Credit card • Anything showing as “in collections” with a balance Even a small $100 collection can drop a score 20+ points. But here’s what I need you to understand: Paying it does NOT automatically fix your score. And removing everything is NOT always smart either. Before touching a collection, you should ask: ✔️ Is it accurate? ✔️ Is the balance correct? ✔️ Is it still within reporting time? ✔️ Will they delete it if paid? Credit rehab is strategy — not emotion. For today’s action: Go pull your full report and list every account showing “collection.” Write down the balance and the date opened. Awareness first. Strategy next. 💳🔥
Let’s Learn Today
What is a collection? A collection happens when you stop paying a debt and the original creditor gives up trying to collect — so they either assign or sell the debt to a third-party collection agency. Now here’s what most people don’t understand: • The original account may still report. • The collection agency may ALSO report. • That means one debt can damage your score twice. Collections hurt because they show failure to repay and they signal risk to lenders. Important things you should check on a collection: - Is the balance accurate? - Is the date of first delinquency correct? - Is it beyond the 7-year reporting period? - Is it reporting on all 3 bureaus consistently? Not every collection is valid. Not every collection is reporting correctly. This week is about understanding what’s actually on your report — not panicking about it. Knowledge first. Strategy second.

30-Day Credit Rehab Community Update
Hey y’all — we had our kickoff call yesterday, and I’m gonna be real… turnout was low. This is a working challenge, not a sit-back-and-watch situation. Going forward, inactive members will eventually be removed from the community. I want people in here who are serious about fixing their credit and doing the work. If you missed the call, no worries at all — I’ll be dropping the replay in the community soon, so make sure you go back and catch it. Also, I need to make sure everyone has their credit monitoring set up. That’s non-negotiable for this challenge. I’ll be dropping the link in the comments — if you don’t have monitoring yet, get that done ASAP. Let’s lock in. These 30 days matter.
