I had a great call with a fellow veteran entrepreneur today.
He told me he’d been watching what we’ve been building with The Civvie and now the Veteran Business Community.
He shared with me that it inspired him to build a community of his own.
One focused on helping veterans in a specific industry.
That was pretty cool to hear.
Sometimes we think nobody is paying attention.
But people are always watching.
They’re watching how you show up.
They’re watching what you build.
They’re watching whether you stay committed when nobody is clapping.
And every once in a while, you find out that something you created inspired someone else to take action.
That’s one of the most rewarding parts of building in public.
Not the likes.
Not the comments.
Not the followers.
The ripple effect.
The reminder that your work can give someone else permission to start.
So if you’re building something meaningful, keep going.
You never know who’s watching.
And you never know who you’re inspiring.
