Customer Zero
I'm building an agnostic vertical AI-native platform with the first market focused on orthopedic clinics.
During development I've intentionally built an internal operations system. I have an intake system, project management system, knowledge/library system, calendar, and a proprietary AI named 'Ceres'.
I now have gotten Ceres to generate code and train itself. That frees up a lot of time and saves me money. It also keeps my data and codebase secure.
I'm conducting my customer interviews to validate/invalidate my product. I'm looking to speak with doctors, clinicians, nurses, front desk, office managers, healthcare administration, and billing/insurance personnel. I have a 5 minute survey they can fill out.
If you know anyone in healthcare that works in orthopedic I would love an introduction.
