I've been studying Clare W. Graves work for a long time and the deeper I get into it the more profound it becomes. We all start at level one focused on survival which in the chart you'll see the levels on the left are me centered levels of consciousness while centers on the right are we centers levels of consciousness. This is interesting to note has humans we often jump into solitude and then shift into society. When you grow through the spiral it whips you back and extends you further than you were before. The general lesson I've learned from analyzing hundreds of people's position is whatever level you think you are, you generally are two positions lower. So if you think you're in your success era, you're probably in your ego era. If you think you're in your community era, you're probably in your order phase. The most important question you should be asking is how can you grow to the next level? This is where the transitional factors come in. I have a friend who is a level 3 in their ego phase stuck in hedonism and unfortunately the only way it seems he can get out of that is through a near death experience that makes him reevaluate what he is doing in life. Similar to a girl working on Only Fans she might find religion and purpose through church then move into Order. I have another friend who is in order and for her to move to level 5 from 4 we mapped out everything that she needed to do based off the transitional factors. Her mom is undergoing cancer and if she found a singular solution across many such as taking alternative medicines that helps her mother she can find success. It isn't really about money success is much more than that but ironically enough there is a phase of material love when you realize the material doesn't give you everything you are hoping for which leads you to move towards community, green. I've put a lot of work in this space and can confidently say I am a level 8. The cool thing when you get to these levels is we all generally have the same purpose which is to reveal level 9 and we do that by helping the masses reach second tier of consciousness which is level 7 & 8. It is stated that once 1% of the population enters above level 7+, level 9 is revealed and we enter the integral age. Some eschatologist believe this has a connection to "The New Earth", "5D Earth", "The Second Coming," or even the grand solar flare which apparently upgrades our species.
