Quick update for everyone — especially if you’ve joined recently or feel like you’re “behind” 👇
The 13 Week Evolution is designed to work best when you start simple and imperfect. You do not need to catch up, read everything, or wait until life slows down.
To make this easier, there are now two clear ways to begin the program. Both are correct.
✅ Option 1: Full Orientation (Recommended)
Choose this if you like clarity and structure.
This walks you through your why, goals, and how the program is structured week to week.
✅ Option 2: Fast-Start (Totally Fine)
Choose this if you’d rather skip setup and just get moving.
No posting required. No explaining. Just start.
You can always come back and do the full orientation later — many people do once they’re already in motion.
A Few Important Reminders
  • Late check-ins count
  • Missed days don’t disqualify you
  • One small win > waiting for the “perfect” start
When you’re ready, a simple “Daily 10 ✅” check-in is more than enough.
