People usualy not only don't like Mondays, but also fear them. They are a cause of anxiety and depression for many.

So instead of spending your day overthinking all the things you need to do this week, just focus in one thing that will bring you closer to your dream. Instead of thinking: "Oh no, Monday again!", change it to: "Oh yes! Monday again! Time to act!"
Maybe it is calling someone, maybe doing that task you kept postponing acting on for such along time, maybe it is just taking care of yourself. Whatever you neeed to do, do it!
