Nikhil shared an interesting take on keeping momentum up with your open project/arc. Treat your arc like a relationship with a person. Just like you'd make time to talk to someone you care about, make time for your project every day, even if it's just 10 minutes. In a sense don't ghost your projects. I find this to be a powerful reframe.

Claude helped me create a Four Seasons plan for 2026. I spend ~30min speaking to it, and it prioritized which goals to pick based on what's important for me. I asked it not to be sycophantic and pretend like it's a life coach. The fun part was asking it to export the plan into a website.
