Before joining this program, I struggled to see things from my husband's point of view. I had never really stopped to ask myself what it would be like to be married to me, or whether I was loving him the way I would want to be loved. I knew we came from different backgrounds and had different love languages, but Zenobia helped make it so much clearer. Her questions, especially asking me what it would be like to be married to myself, completely changed my perspective.
My biggest breakthrough during the Pilot Launch was realizing that I had been expecting my husband to bring God into our marriage, while I wasn't doing it myself. I used to tell him that he was the reason we had problems because he wasn't allowing God into our marriage. Then I realized that I can invite God into our marriage too. As a wife, I have a responsibility to seek God, pray, and trust Him. I learned that prayer is powerful, that God hears my prayers for my marriage, and that I am not alone in this journey.
The biggest lesson this experience taught me was forgiveness. To forgive as God forgives me. Forgiveness doesn't erase the hurt, but it helps us heal and move forward. Forgiveness means surrendering everything to God. We were never meant to carry those burdens ourselves—God is.
Also to be still and acknowledge God. God is your friend is not good to always share with everyone.
After going through this framework, I feel confident that, with God by my side, I can face anything. I believe my marriage can survive any challenge through prayer, communication, and God's guidance. I have learned to see situations from my husband's perspective, to be more aware of his feelings, to put myself in his shoes, and to love him in the way he feels most loved.
I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to strengthen their marriage, grow in their relationship with God, and better understand their spouse.
Thank you, Zenobia Lott, for creating such a life-changing experience. 🚀❤️
