Wanna know the fastest way to make progress bro?
Document it.
I’m not joking. Journal about every single thing that happens in your life — the progress you make, the events you experience, the little stories you go through.
A few days ago, I went back and read my old journals from when I first started self-improvement. And bro… I started cringing so hard at who I used to be.
But here’s the thing: that’s actually a good sign.
There’s this quote I love: “If you don’t cringe at your past self, then you haven’t grown.”
The stuff I used to do back then was so stupid. But when I looked back and cringed, I realized something… I’ve grown. I’ve made actual progress.
Because what gets measured gets managed.
So document your progress. Journal about your life as much as you can. Doesn’t have to be crazy — I usually just do it once a day. But the more you do it, the faster you’ll grow.
