F*ck I hate YouTube, I wasted years because of this pleasure

I used to waste AT LEAST 7h per day consuming content. Most of it was on YT.

If you do the quick math and calculate 7h × 7 days, you're at 49h spent PER week with nothing.

My week only consisted of 5 real days if you understand what I mean.

And I had to deal with this problem for almost 2 years now...

Made a short loom today where I share my story with you on one of the days when I wasted 8 hours on YouTube.
