PerfectServe is hiring: Shift Operations Coordinator
PerfectServe is seeking an experienced contact-center professional to lead shift operations and coach a small team in its healthcare technology support center.
Key details:
- U.S. remote
- $65,000 annually
- Full-time in a 24/7/365 environment
- Available shifts: Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., or Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
- Requires at least two years of support/contact-center experience
- Prior coaching or leadership experience required
- Zendesk, Five9, or similar systems preferred
- Responsibilities include queue management, escalations, coaching, performance monitoring and service-level support
Qualified candidates who can work one of the fixed shifts should apply promptly.
