The most useful part of an AI setup isn’t the tool. It’s the rule you attach to the job.
Never send anything to a client without a check. Let AI write the draft, but have a person approve it before it’s saved or sent. Don’t change a live subscription without a second look. These are the same lines you’d give a new team member.
A rule lets you hand work over without handing over control. The work keeps moving and still comes back to a person at the one point that matters.
