The end of the line birth ball bounce!!!
I cant tell you how many antenatal wards up & down the country will have women bouncing like their life depends on it....but did you know this doesn't start labour & your baby is more likely just be hanging out like a bouncy castle or soft play sesh!!
figure of 8's & pelvic tilts are much more productive if you're gonna be on a birth ball.
