This isn’t a forum; it’s a lab. We run short sprints, live clinics, and publish wins.
Weekly cadence
- Mon: Sprint prompt + template (pin until Thu)
- Wed: Typing Lab (live clinic; bring your convo, we script it)
- Sun: Ship Sunday check-in + leaderboard reset
Where things live

- Sprints → weekly prompts, templates, micro-challenges
- Typing Lab → replays + call links
- Case Studies / Win Wall → member wins (see format below)
- Resources → scripts, worksheets, tool library
- Calendar → Orientation, Q&A, Labs
Posting norms (copy/paste this format)
- #FirstGoal: Behavior | Context | Metric (e.g., “Use the ‘XYZ’ script in 1 tough convo by Friday; DM screenshot”)
- Lab Ask: 1 paragraph max + screenshot/context; say what “good” looks like
- Win post: Before → After, timeframe, artifact (calendar, DM, doc)
Notifications
- Turn on email + push for Events.
