Misty Rose is in the house!
My name is Misty, and I'm originally from Long Beach, California. I'm currently residing near Charlotte, North Carolina.
I'm a visual artist who works with a variety of mediums, from "traditional" forms to digital. Acrylic paint is my preferred traditional medium these days. However, I would like to create time to learn and practice with gouache paint.
I have many projects I would like to continue, as well as revisit. One of these is an 8" x 8" painting of a beach-y scene that I started in the beginning of summer 2025, and would like to complete. An image of this is posted below.
As the creator of this community, I'm excited to bring artists together to engage in similar journeys of reviving our creative work, as well as ourselves.
