Should you pay for referrals?
Plenty of owners believe good work should earn referrals on its own. On this live call, a seasoned owner explains why years of joint campaigns with other owners never actually happened.
In this video I show what changes when there's a commission:
  1. It's not networking, it's a campaign: they email their list, you close the deal, they get a percentage.
  2. You move the budget you'd give Facebook or Google to a partner, and pay only after the sale.
  3. Start with the list you already have, and keep your first message under 100 words.
Your turn: have you ever paid a partner for a referral? Drop it in the comments.
