The initial course is designed around natural cycles, using simple guided meditations to support integration and overall coherence. Sessions are pre-guided, allowing you to arrive, listen, and rest without the need to prepare, perform, or engage in discussion.
There is no requirement to share, comment, or keep pace. This space offers a quieter rhythm that supports daily life through consistent, simple practices.
