Since yesterday, I’ve been feeling really hit. My energy is low, I’m feeling a bit "off" physically, and honestly? My bed was calling my name all morning. But our bodies are incredible messengers—they don’t just tell us to stop; they often tell us exactly what they need to reboot.
This isn’t a "high-performance" video. It’s a raw, unpolished look at how I handle the days when the tank is empty. Instead of staying under the covers, I head outside and connect with nature.
