In the Yoga for Humans community, we believe:
- in modern yoga where poses are adapted to fit our bodies (never asking our bodies to be modified to fit the aesthetic of a posture)
- that all humans deserve love, compassion, and equal rights
- when we nurture ourselves, we are more capable of nurturing others

And humaning as an intentional action extends our yoga beyond the mat. Together we foster not just physical attributes, but also self-awareness and self-compassion, emotion acceptance and management, connecting with other humans (and fluffy beings too), and a whole lot more.
My name is Michelle. I love to teach a smart mix of movement modalities, quiet strength, vinyasa, and breathwork. I am also super passionate about prenatal, postnatal yoga, and core restoration for all humans.
