What Are Premium Masterminds? Is It Worth It?

For the first time ever on skool I'm actually considering to upgrade to premium in a community. So I am just trying to get an understanding of what exactly are the Premium Masterminds & if they are worth it... Plus if you can't always make it to a call, will the recordings be made available?

I don't have an issue trying it out for a month to see if it is worth it, but I really just wanted to see if it's a good choice. I am always mindful of the things that I add to my monthly subscriptions.
