I wanted to thank you

for yesterday’s live.

It was the way you framed niching as constraint rather than identity and how clarity creates momentum when it’s applied immediately rather than over theorized.

I am already using what you shared to rearchitect how I am thinking about Skool not just as a platform to host my community but as an ecosystem I am actively participating in learning from and designing within now. Multiple offers, multiple communities, multiple types of communities.

What surprised me most is how quickly that shift opened up practical economic possibilities I genuinely had not seen before especially around structure participation and long term sustainability rather than hustle.

Grateful for the clarity and the push to apply instead of just consume. This one moved the needle for me.
