What have you learned over the weekend that made you a better person? Or what you been reminded off to get back on track?
I was reminded to be more present and focus on what is rather than what isnt.
What means - When im more present with my children and not glued to my phone or thinking abou work, I am actually quite plessant person to be around with. The prise of not being present is far too great - not talking, shouting, not listening, staying at home, no brain space for anything so not only im moddy but im not productive at work either...
At work - It is far more rewarding to focus on my currentl clients and look after them, staying in touch and all than being online and trying to attract more only to check my emails the following day and see zero new sign ups. When i focus on what is (current clients/work) i am happier, they are happier, i show up with a great energy and the sign ups are flying in without even thinking abou ti too much :)
So the lesson of the day is - Focus on what is , not what isnt :)
