OLD BELIEFS
If I make a mistake it means I’m not good enough
If I’m seen people will judge me
I have to have the perfect plan in place before taking action
NEW BELIEFS
- mistake are lessons on where I need to improve
- If I’m seen people may have their opinions but their judgements are about them not me, being seen allows people to connect with the real me
- Clarity appears when we start taking action, don’t need a perfect plan to start
ONE ALIGNED ACTION
- Take imperfect action towards building Metamorphis by filming a TikTok video now I have some sort of idea for Metamorphis 🦋✨
