3 day Challenge Catchup
Day 1:
I am releasing the need to have perfection before taking any action as a way to limit any movement and stay stuck in this in action shame loop.
I am installing the belief that it is safe and I have permission to take messy aligned action as a form of creative play that guides, shapes, and molds my purpose and journey. Reminding myself its a journey and is allowed to shift as I grow. I do not need to have everything perfect before I can begin.
1 action that I am taking today: being intentional to create structure that is flexible. This is not a cage but guides and facilitates and supports my specific energy needs.
Day 2:
I am here to serve: Rested Warriors—those who have walked through darkness and are now ready to lay down their swords, pick up their pens & author the lives they fought to live.
The main problem I am here to solve is survival-mode living—where emotionally intelligent, spiritually awake people continue fighting long after the battle has passed, unable to rest, integrate, and author the lives they fought to live.
I help people stop fighting life and start authoring it—through embodied release ( I created a healing modality called Soul Shuffle - That brings fun back to healing and releases trauma and emotions from the body without being stuck in loops) , intuitive clarity, and grounded systems for real-world stability.
This mission matters to me because I have lived the cost of survival without support.I know what it is to be intuitive, capable, and resilient—yet still trapped in systems that reward endurance over healing and leave people to rebuild alone. I know what it means to fight for safety, dignity, and stability without the resources, rest, or guidance that make transformation sustainable.
I am building what I once needed: pathways out of survival that do not require privilege, perfection, or endless suffering. My work is personal because I refuse to let strength be the price people pay for peace and I refuse to let wisdom born from hardship go unused.
This mission matters to the world because entire populations are being asked to heal and rebuild without access, safety, or resources.
We live in a culture that celebrates resilience while underfunding recovery: especially for women, mothers, creatives, and those escaping abuse, instability, or systemic neglect. The result is a cycle where people survive, awaken, and then remain stuck, unable to integrate, rest, or build lives beyond crisis.
By creating scalable tools, embodied practices, and sustainable wealth, my work redirects resources toward those navigating the hardest transitions. It transforms survival into authorship, and suffering into infrastructure, so people can cross from crisis into stability, dignity, and self-directed lives.
Wealth is not separate from my mission: it is how the mission becomes ethical, sustainable, and accessible.
Many of the people I am called to serve are navigating survival, transition, or recovery without the financial freedom to invest in support. I am committed to building abundance not for excess, but for distribution: so guidance, tools, and pathways out of darkness are not limited to those with privilege.
By generating wealth through my work, I become a source rather than a gatekeeper, able to fund access, create free and low-cost entry points, and support those escaping crisis without requiring them to perform or prove their pain.
Extra simple and short version:
I help people stop fighting life and start authoring it & this matters because the world needs what people can create once the war is over and they are no longer in survival.
Day 3:
My 3 Sprint Goals:
  1. Create and finalize my core offers, brand language, and signature frameworks(So my work is clear, cohesive, and repeatable.)
  2. Build and launch my first set of digital products(Including a beta experience and low-ticket entry points.)
  3. Begin marketing and making sales to prove the concept—externally and internally(So I gain confidence, evidence, and momentum from real results.)
This is not about perfection. This is about doing it for real for the first time.
These goals matter because I am ready to go all in on what I am building. I need tangible proof that I can take my ideas, values, and lived experience and turn them into finished offers that people want and pay for. This sprint is about building trust with myself, creating momentum, and stepping fully into my role as a builder rather than staying in preparation mode.
I will also be booking my on-boarding call to get insight and some clarity on this overall process for the next 8 wks.
This is my time to put action behind what I have been collecting codes, puzzle pieces and building internally for the last few years and through all my personal experience.
I was on the calls during doordashing and hadnt done the actual work. So with Day 1 of the 21 days here I felt called to complete these and put them into words and have intention and clarity before the 21 days.
This is such an amazing space and I am excited to dive in more and connect with all you beautiful builders...
