We're on a journey to develop ourselves towards a particular destination: an executive skillset.
That's not a seat on a board or a corner office.
It's about taking action with integrity, clarity, and speed of execution that allows you to be out in front in every room you're in.
It's about the skills to be
- massively productive,
- provide visionary leadership,
- have hard conversations confidently,
- present ideas persuasively,
- sell without cringe, all while developing while
- presenting offers of incredible value to those around you.
At the end, we'll still face fear in difficult situations, but find ourselves prepared to respond quickly and effectively.
Over the decades, I've collected many useful tools, and I'll share some, but I'm still collecting!
Together, let's build our personal toolkits, practicing in a safe environment where the pressure is low, until they're second nature when the pressure is on.
