A lot of people measure their week by what they got done.
If you are trying to become more trusted, more noticeable for the right reasons, and more capable of carrying greater responsibility, there is another question worth asking:
What did my pattern teach people this week?
Did your communication create clarity?
Did your follow-through build confidence?
Did your ownership reduce the need for reminders?
Did your presence under pressure make things steadier or more tense?
Whether we mean to or not, we are always teaching people what they can expect from us.
And over time, that becomes reputation.
This week inside Workforce Systems Lab, we focused on becoming the kind of professional people can count on countable, clear, accountable, and calm under pressure.
Now it is time to reflect.
Friday reflection:
What is one thing you did well this week that strengthened trust in your pattern?
What is one thing you want to tighten up next week?
