Discipline isn't your problem- design is.
What I realized is that I didnt need anymore motivation, and trust I can get myself pretty motivated but to if my system was aligned for me spefically i catch myself waking up 2 months later gaining the weight back, want to feel better, losing my inner light. That when I created my ritual with energy blocks. Just 10 minutes in the morning getting things done. Because in my paradigm im not lazy, or lack ambition. I plan accordingly and fill my blocks of time with more joy than suffering.
I would like to know what are some really obstacles you find yourself taking 4 hours to build yourself up to doing? And have you ever rated yourself of how long you take to complete a tasks in your everyday lifestyle?
