How You Show Up Is Training Your Confidence
This is a truth.
If you join business or opportunity calls with your camera off, it’s often not because you don’t care.
It’s usually because:
- you don’t feel put together
- you feel insecure
- you’re still in survival mode
- you don’t fully believe you belong yet
But here’s what most women don’t realize:
Every time you hide, your nervous system learns:
“I’m safer staying invisible.”
And every time you turn your camera on, it learns:
“I’m safe to be seen.”
That’s how confidence is built, not all at once, but through repetition.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need makeup or a fancy background.
You just need intention.
Before your next call:
- brush your hair
- wear something simple and clean
- sit up straight
- turn the camera on
- remind yourself: I belong in the room.
Women don’t move from survival mode to leadership by waiting to feel ready. They move by practicing visibility.
