Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet in here …

I’ve been wrapping up something that’s taken a lot of my time over the past 2.5 years Senior Leadership apprenticeship ✔️ Postgrad ✔️ Master’s ✔️

We had our final workshop this week at the University of Manchester with this wonderful group and help celebrating with the NHS Leadership Academy at NHSE.

And while the photos show smiles… they don’t show what’s really sat behind it.

Across this group we’ve navigated:grief, divorce, moving countries, dad’s memory loss, end of life decisions, job losses… and new beginnings too.

All while leading, delivering, and still showing up. To support and keep our wonderful NHS running.

It really hasn’t been easy! 🤯😳

Honestly… an incredible group of women.

All doing amazing work!!

I feel just as much connection to them as I do to this community.
