Little shout out to the community....

It's a reoccurring story about women making themselves small, under valuing their worth, riding the waves of imposter syndrome and then occasionally feeling like the warrior goddess they are.

This group as helped me embody my warrior goddess much more over the past year. My brain often feels like its melting with the work I do, hours I do, mum-life-ing I do. That there's very little room for anything else. But having a safe space of absolute joyous brain power all bustled in 1 community that I can dip into, learn from, give to, and general feel tethered too has really helped me stay on track and know my worth.

The nugget of "ask for as much money as you can without laughing" stuck with me when I was working out what my next few years were going to look like. I ran with it...financial security, position, flexibility to run things my way, and lots and lots of time off (at the right times) to spend with my family.

And the funny thing was... they accepted without blinking, which made me think i should of gone higher hahaha BUT, if it wasn't for the confidence this group has brought me, I 100% wouldn't of even thought to challenge the status quo.
