One day, I tryed out an authentic Japanese restaurant in Paris (Odéon metro's station). The cuisine of this restaurant is fresh and dietetic foods cooked on the table by customers. The purpose is to order a list of ingredients through the menu card and cook your dish according to your favourite savor. I ate the salmon, spinash mixed in a honney sauce. It was so mouth-watering savory. Although I'm cutting down on suggar, I really appreciated the combinaison of sweeted and salted ingredients. I don't use to eat out, but I savored this moment because having a good meal contributes to my well-being.
