It’s lovely to see so many new faces in the group!
Every week I run a live short meditation or Breathwork session. These are just 10-20 minute sessions and even if your completely new to meditation- it’s just a chance to take a wee break out of your day, come back to centre into your own energy and reset.
It’s from this place we can begin to listen more clearly to our animals
I’ve had a slight calendar conflict today so I’ll be doing the live meditation and card pull at 2pm gmt a little later than planned.
It will be recorded and available afterwards. Hope to see some of you there!
