What is Cycle Syncing? Cycle syncing is all about honoring your hormones and natural energy shifts throughout your menstrual cycle — so you can work with your body, not against it.

My Answer: I’m nearing the end of my Luteal phase, and anyone who knows me knows I’m definitely feeling the shift, my emotions have been all over the place! Yesterday, I got into what felt like a hundred little arguments, and then I checked my calendar — sure enough, my period starts in four days. I’m honoring this phase by being gentle with myself and allowing myself to feel each emotion without judgment. 💖
