There’s a massive gap opening up in the market for commercial lettings — especially for overseas clients who are actively searching for prime spaces. The scope here is huge, and the revenue potential is undeniable.
Right now, my focus is tied up on the tech side — building systems to bridge the gap for co-sourcers. The aim is simple: make it easier for them to co-source without being buried in emails and phone calls. Automation handles the legwork, so they can focus on securing deals.
Because of that, I had to pass up a big commercial opportunity today. Frustrating in the moment, but it shows just how much demand is out there. Commercial lettings are definitely something I’ll be moving into once the tech foundations are fully in place.
For entrepreneurs, this space is wide open — commercial clients, international demand, and a lot of money to be made for those positioned to serve it.
