What emotion(s) are you trying to avoid?
This month we are going to start tending to ourselves and those emotions we find hard to sit with, process, and feel.
So many women spend a vast majority of time taking care of everyone else, keeping all the balls in the air, and afraid of being a disappointment or not enough.
You are the woman whose heart needs tended to so you can be the best mom, wife, daughter, employee, employer, caretaker, etc you can be.
No one else will make time for you if you don't...
Grab a journal and start paying attention -
Notice the irritations - the things you avoid - the undercover resentment - the thoughts that trigger your insecurities...
Get curious about them, not in a way that produces shame, but with compassion and curiosity..
