If you have found your way here, I truly believe it was not by accident. Something within you stirred. Perhaps curiosity. Perhaps ancestral whispers. Perhaps that quiet little voice deep inside that keeps asking, What if there is more? I am here to lovingly tell you, there absolutely is.
Witchcraft is not what television taught us. It is not all dramatic spells, fantasy castles, and theatrical broom flights. Real witchcraft is deeply personal. It is energy. Connection. Nature. Spirit. Intention. It is remembering parts of yourself that may have been sleeping for far too long.
As someone who walks this path myself, let me introduce myself properly. I am a 55-year-old Italian eclectic hereditary witch who has practiced solitarily for the past 25+ years. Witchcraft was not something I “found” in adulthood, it lived in my bloodline, in the women before me, in whispered teachings, in instinctive practices, in knowing without needing explanation. Yet even after decades on this path, I am still learning, still evolving, still discovering beautiful new corners of the Craft.
And that is the magic.

the Many Beautiful Types of Witches: Which Energy Speaks to You?
The Green Witch
Green witches are deeply bonded with the natural world and often feel more at peace surrounded by growing things than city noise. These witches work with herbs, flowers, roots, trees, oils, healing plants, and natural remedies.
A green witch often knows that basil is more than seasoning, rosemary is more than a kitchen herb, and lavender is more than a pleasant scent. Plants carry energy, wisdom, and healing.
This is the witch who gathers herbs with gratitude, blesses their garden, and sees magic in every leaf.
The Earth Witch
Closely related but beautifully distinct from the green witch is the Earth Witch.
Earth witches connect not just to plants, but to the raw grounding energy of the earth itself, stones, mountains, soil, caves, crystals, forests, wind, and elemental balance. Their power comes from stability, grounding, endurance, and ancient natural energy.
If you feel spiritually restored by touching trees, collecting stones, standing barefoot in dirt, or feeling storms roll in with reverence, this may be your calling.
Earth witches remind us that strength can be both fierce and deeply nurturing.
The Kitchen Witch
Kitchen witches create magic through nourishment, home energy, and intentional cooking.

And let me lovingly say this, being eclectic does not mean being scattered. It means listening to what genuinely resonates with your spirit while learning respectfully.
An eclectic witch may love herbs like a green witch, moon rituals like a lunar witch, divination like a hedge witch, and protection magic like a practical witch.
Truthfully? Many witches are beautifully eclectic without realizing it.
I certainly am.
You may discover pieces of all these witches living inside you, each one representing a different expression of your spirit. That is not confusion. That is expansion.
The Divination Witch
These witches are the seekers of insight.
Tarot, oracle cards, pendulums, runes, tea leaves, scrying mirrors, numerology, and intuitive messages often become part of their practice.
Divination witches help uncover hidden truths, spiritual guidance, patterns, and possibilities.
If you have ever “just known” something before it happened, this energy may already be familiar.
The Sea Witch
Sea witches carry the untamed energy of water.
They work with oceans, rivers, rain, tides, shells, storm energy, moon water, emotional healing, and purification.
Water teaches adaptability, emotional depth, cleansing, and power.
