Question for fellow wholesalers, Please help!

What’s the best property search software out there?

I’ve been trying to pull leads for real estate wholesaling, but with my current software, I’m running into issues. The skip tracing results are frustrating—lots of wrong numbers, businesses, or dead leads.

Can anyone recommend what software you’re using, and why you like it? More importantly, are you actually reaching the right homeowners with it?
