Need help with disposition

can anyone please help me with a Memphis buyer 38109? I’m happy to return the favor, someone sent me a deal (JV) but I didn’t run the numbers before sending it to the buyer. So, I later discovered that the asking is $12k above MOA, I do communicate with the buyer almost everyday but he didn’t respond on this deal, I can’t call him because my phone is currently disconnected, I sent him an email, he responded but not on this particular deal, it was a deal that I sent him before, and now he’s not even talking about this deal, I told the jv partner to negotiate with the seller and he’s able to and now the numbers really makes sense but the buyer isn’t responding, i really want to get this deal close, it was the JV partner first deal and besides we’ve discussed a lot and I want to keep working with him, he’s really good at pulling leads and i don’t want to loose his contact. If anyone can please connect me with a 38109 Memphis buyer, I’m happy to return the favor, I should have been able to get another buyer but my phone is currently disconnected. So if anyone can please help
