Your Market Follows Patterns Most People Just Never Track Them...
A lot of wholesalers think deals come from luck. They don’t. Every market runs on patterns but you can’t see them if you’re not paying attention to your numbers. Here’s what most people don’t realize Your market will literally tell you.. Which days sellers are more willing to talk When price resistance starts to drop Which weeks buyers respond faster How many follow ups it actually takes before a “no” turns into a deal But none of that shows up if everything lives in your head. When you track just a few things consistently: 1. number of calls/texts per day 2.number of real conversations 3.number of follow ups 4.number of offers made then you will be able stop guessing... After about 30 days, patterns start forming on their own. You’ll notice: certain days produce better conversations certain sellers warm up after the same number of follow ups certain price ranges move faster with buyers That’s when wholesaling stops feeling random.
