How TF Do You Sort the Good Leads from the Bad?
Hi everyone. Have really been struggling with finding the time for the needle moving tasks. Also, over the last few months I've banged my head against the wall wondering how in God's name I was going to fix my mess of a deals management system (currently just a bunch of google sheets) so I could sort the good leads from the cold majority. Anyway, I was talking to ChatGPT and I think I've got it. Wanted to share it with you all in case it was helpful (should be less than $10/m): 1. Setup an account with an ACTUAL CRM platform like clickup or go high level (good but pricey) 2. Create a nice onboarding pipeline for your leads (with chatgpt’s help of course) 3. Build an automation in n8n or make to manage the pipeline. Simple rules that order the warmer and higher quality deals above the colder ones using ai Now I just start from the top of my list and work my way down 🙂 I really hope this helps you 🙏 and happy to chat more if someone needs a walkthrough.
