This isn’t meant to offend anyone. It actually comes from a place of frustration and care. I’ve been watching this group for a while, and what scares me isn’t lack of information it’s how many people are stuck in the same spot month after month. Same questions. Same motivation spikes. Same results. A lot of people are doing everything except the things that actually move the needle. I see people: Watching videos every day but not talking to sellers Saving posts instead of executing Waiting to “feel ready” Restarting over and over instead of fixing what’s broken And I get it… because I’ve been there too. The hardest part of this business isn’t learning it’s consistency when nobody is clapping for you. After watching this long enough, I’ve realized it really comes down to just three things: 1 Lead Flow If leads aren’t coming in consistently, nothing else matters. No leads = no conversations = no deals. 2 Follow-Up Systems Most deals don’t happen on the first touch. They happen because someone followed up when everyone else disappeared. 3 Accountability Not motivation. Not hype. Someone or something that forces you to show up even on days you don’t feel like it. Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because they’re trying to do everything in their head with no structure. And that’s the part that hurts to watch seeing capable people quit when what they really needed was one solid system and some direction. I don’t even claim to be the expert in everything. But I do know this.. If you don’t put one system in place that forces consistency, nothing changes.
