Join the Digital Community: Find and join 5 to 10 local Facebook Groups dedicated to real estate investing or wholesaling in your specific city or county.
Tip: Search for " [Your City] Real Estate Investors" or "[Your City] Wholesalers."
Find Your Local REIA: Research the Real Estate Investor Association (REIA) in your area. These are the "hubs" where the biggest players meet.
Mark Your Calendar: Find one in-person event happening in the next 30 days and commit to going. Post the date and location of the event you found in our group chat!
Why This Matters
When you join these groups, you aren't just a face in the crowd. You are a solution-provider. You’ll find cash buyers, friendly agents, and even other wholesalers to partner with.
Success is all about taking massive action. Get out there, join the groups, and let’s see those event dates!
