We visited Wing Snob as one of our first official What's Up YYC! community stops—and I’m so glad we did. It made me even more excited about starting this whole endeavor!
We met one of the owners, Ash, who was absolutely amazing—friendly, genuine, and so patient with us. We’re nosy and love asking a million questions, and he took it all in stride.
One of my favorite features was the ability to mix two flavors in a single order of 10 wings. Since this was our second stop of the day, we ordered our wings to go: four flavors total, with a mix of breaded and non-breaded—Garlic Parm, Dill, Sweet Heat, and Chicken & Waffles.
Of course, we had to sneak one fresh wing each before leaving, and the rest we tried later—some cold, some reheated. All three experiences were fantastic, which honestly surprised me. Cold wings are usually tough, and reheated wings can dry out, but not these. That alone makes me confident ordering delivery, knowing the quality holds up even with travel time.
The amount of rub and sauce on every flavor was perfect, and I genuinely couldn’t pick a favorite.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below if you’ve tried Wing Snob—or if you’re planning to!
