Wenning Strength Academy is an elite online coaching and education community for athletes, coaches, and serious trainees seeking evidence-based strength training systems. Built on the Conjugate Method, this platform teaches maximal strength, power development, rehabilitation, and long-term athletic performance.
Founder Matt Wenning has coached military and fire service professionals, professional athletes, and elite sport organizations. He has served as an advisor to the San Diego Padres, Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers, and Kansas City Chiefs, and consulted with collegiate and high school strength programs across North America.
Internationally, he has collaborated with the UK Olympic Training Centre, the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA), and presents at SWIS in Canada. Matt holds a Master’s in Biomechanics and is pursuing a PhD at Concordia University, researching how the body adapts and heals under training stress.
