Birthday gift
Completed my first shawl for my husband’s 91 year old aunt as a birthday gift for her. I thought it was going to be too big because she’s just a tiny Italian nonna but it fit nicely!

Wow it's friday
I can't believe it is Friday already, this week is going soooo quickly. We have celebrated my sons birthday who turned 8 and sorted most of the garden now for the new growing season, all my seedlings are happy lol. I have also finished one of my designs yay - just need to sew the ends and write the pattern so someone could actually read it haha. I will need this pattern texting if anyone is interested. Its a DK weight yarn. Hows your week been?

How many of you down your crochet hook/knitting needles when the sun comes out for gardening? I'm not saying you don't do any crochet or knitting but definitely slows and the garden takes over?
