Peace Fam. 6 days ago, I embarked on the continuation of my Inner Child Healing Journey for Lil Jeffrey with Dr Wu and the 9 Palace Qi Gongs for the Year of the Horse to get Lil Jeffrey's bank up and heal his heart.

Dr Wu was teaching the ways of Master Guiguzi and he's a bit "unconventional" to say the very least and this is the result of one the practices he has recommended around visualization before we even begin the first movememnt.

I'm year of the Dog, this is the Year of the Fire horse and my external animal to the Dog, according to Chinese Astrology, is the Beautiful Butterfly. And of course, that handsome young King in the center is H.I.M.
