Scripture Reveal
Scripture teaches us that “faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”(Romans 10:17). This reveals something crucial about the nature of faith: it’s not something we manufacture through sheer will power: Instead, faith grows as we expose ourselves to God’s truth and promises. Like a plant turning toward sunlight;our faith naturally grows stronger as we orient ourselves toward God’s Word.
