Scripture: Romans 5:10–11
Activity: Sit outside (yard, park, or porch). Spend 5 minutes noticing sounds, wind, or sunlight.

Reflection Question: Am I living with joy, or still holding onto past separation?
Action Plan: Do something kind physically—help someone carry something, assist with a task, or offer your time.
Prayer: “Lord, thank You that I am no longer separated from You. Fill me with joy and help me reflect that joy through acts of kindness. Amen. ”
